If I wasn't forced to use it by my company, I never would. Any software that won't allow users to correct or delete data, it terrible. No, it does not download the steps of previous days.Īnd really, tell the genious designer of this app that we are in the middle of a pandemic! You cannot give me advises like "connect with your friends, go take a walk with them, go visit your family."ĪND I WILL NOT START TALKING ABOUT THE CLEAR VIOLATION OF THE PRIVACY THAT THIS APP IS!Ĭomments: This is a horrible app and software. The step tracking is horrible, the connection with the device is horrible, I have to open it every evening or it will not download the steps. BUT YOU HAVE TO DO IT DAILY OR YOU DON'T get the points to reduce your co-shares! It is beyond nonsense that an app that should help you is not only imposed to you, but is also a major cause of stress. This app is horrible, is full of nonsensical activities that you have to do on a daily basis to get points, like clicking a bunch of ok buttons and read a bunch of useless information on how to stay healthy. It induces stress instead of relieving it I have to use it to get reduced co-shares and I hate it. They are not incentivized to help end users appropriately as they seem to just deflect complaints about their system, password and log in policy concerns, etc…Ĭomments: VIRGIN PULSE MUST DISAPPEAR FROM THIS GALAXY They have glitches with email notifications, and a lack of email notifications to give advance notice on their expiring password policies, that cause problems in accessing your account with them. They have quirky password policies for end users that make utilizing the software inefficient and often frustrating. Their software is intrusive to the lives of their end users. And since Virgin Pulse is not beholden to the actual end-user of their service financially, but rather that persons employer, Virgin Pulse does a poor job of improving their software platform and a poor job of handling complaints from the end-user. However, in doing so, Virgin Pulse’s services have quirks and problems with their platform and software that make it aggravating to use at times on the end-user side of the platform. They deliver an easy way for employers to try to intervene in the lifestyle of their employees, which is troubling in and off itself. I find very little to speak favorably about in regards to Virgin Pulse. Between the type of service they offer, the demeaning “big-brother” aspect of it in employee and employee families lives, and the problems with their software and log in procedures, I find them a problematic company at best. I purchase things all the time and this was the worse.Ĭomments: I would not utilize their services if left to me independently. After a couple of email exchanges I finally get the watch I ordered. I get a response that since I opened the item it is considered used and I cannot return it. I call and the rep cannot resolve the issue so she has to escalate the ticket. I thought I was done dealing with them but at least I have a phone number. I finally got to speak with someone and I felt as if I was beating my head against the wall trying to get them to understand. You ask another question they take days to respond and so on and so on. They tell you what they want to tell you and ignore your question. Also since you are communicating via email when you pose a question they do not have to answer it. Your emails can go days without being answered. Essentially they encourage you to communicate with them via email. Virgin Pulse does not publicize a call in number on their site. ![]() Unfortunately the teams customer service is HORRIBLE. the integrated applications like Zipongo or Whil.Įncourages teams to lead a healthy through a rewards program ![]() As a user, I don't understand when do I need to enter my credentials for Virgin Pulse vs. Navigating to other applications in the web platform is easy however, using different applications in the mobile iOS app is confusing and challenging to navigate. The web integration to the nutrition application Zipongo is well implemented, and my spouse and I enjoy browsing for new recipes and planning our meals. ![]() As a user, I like how I can track my progress and rewards in one location. Wellness challenges are engaging, and I enjoy logging in every day! The integration with multiple applications for nutrition and wellbeing has helped me eat better and reduce my stress. In comparison to other platforms intended for employee wellness, Virgin Pulse is easy to navigate, and most importantly is very easy to understand my rewards for using each application. Wellness is more critical than ever in today's environment, and this application keeps me logged in and engage in changing my life. Comments: I believe this platform delivers an engaging user experience, and based on my experience, the different applications have changed me for the better.
